• The minimum deposit is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 200.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Transactions through third-party accounts or in another person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. In certain cases, verification may cause a delay.
